A Web-based quality control tool, QC Vigilance helps users quickly review the quality of the appraisal backing a loan. The user compares appraisal’s subject property and comparables to those found in the National Collateral Database to quickly determine if the best comps have been selected and can auto-populate the search results into a review form.
